(1) 機關預算編列, 只寫一個人30元,... 採購金額1500萬
(2) 每家廠商的需求說明書, 都編有廚師
主要是廠商有 編廚師,營養師,品管師等等 這個編製
採購性值: 應該是勞務(食物) , 而不是財物吧
怎麼大部份學校都把他認定成財物(我有查招標公告, 大部分都認定成
財物)
ps: 會有這個疑問是, 稍具規模的學校, 如果加上後續擴充, 隨便都破千萬
如果核實認定成勞物, 會變查核金額, 等標期要拉長
他們是不是在規避幾乎長達一個月的等標期??
