一段英文看不太懂 - 國貿工作討論

我是剛開始踏入這行的菜鳥

原本不是學這方面的，好多東西看不懂都要查

公司又只有我一個人做這個，沒人可以問

根本不知道自己想的對不對

請各位幫幫我吧>_<


Spare unit 2% price deduction :

It means it will be deducted from the invoice of all future orders
in order to offset the defective rate of a shipment.
(It means 98% invoicing).

是指出的貨都要算98%的價錢，因為要拿其中的2%當備用品?

這樣的理解對嗎?
