請問綠卡申請過程 - offer

請問板上的過來人,

畢業後開始工作2個月, 目前身份為H1-B, Offer letter上寫明 "after approximately
one year of service and continued acceptable performance, the Company will
consider full Green Card support and sponsorship."

對於公司的營運其實不清楚, 爬文看了前人回應, 綠卡的申請是基於找美國公司
需要的人.

請問,
一但公司提出申請後, 除了不能換公司外, 或者公司掰掰了, 綠卡申請是不是也沒有了?
