2012年的H1B名額已用完 - 海外工作

請問這個會對找 2012 summer intern 有影響嗎？
intern 應該是不用辦到 H1B 所以不會有影響？

不過如果想要找機會 intern 轉正職的話
應該就會有影響了吧？
