Package:
190,000-230,000 RMB annual package (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description

- Apply the consulting methodology of anti-fraud and compliance to help our
client identify, assess, mitigate and proactively consider emerging
China-specific risks, to address more effectively anti-fraud risks associated
with their business

- Work closely with the project team in designing anti-fraud solution and
process improvement for our client

- Conduct interview and process analysis with client in understanding their
pain points and advising management to design and implement an efficient &
effective anti-fraud process with taking into account of the global and China
stakeholder expectation as well as risk considerations

- Enhance the value and effectiveness of the client’s internal audit and GRC
function, focusing on anti-fraud activities

- Identify the improved areas in relevant business process for our client to
effectively mitigate fraud risk and improve business performance

- Identify control weaknesses in various process that could result into
financial/ accounting frauds


Desired Skills and Experience

·Bachelor’s degree and above

·Professional qualifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified
Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred

·2 to 3 years of professional experience providing internal audit /
anti-fraud, internal controls assurance or forensic services with a reputable
international accounting firm or MNCs with focus in healthcare industry

·Excellent skills of analyics and problem solving

·Working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures,
business processes and internal controls

·Analytical thinking and apply principals of logical thinking to a wide range
of intellectual and practical problems

·Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese
