CRO法規與藥廠法規人員差異 - 面試

各位板上前輩大家好！
想請問，在臨床試驗公司的法規專員與藥廠法規專員的差異在哪裡？
有爬了些文章，知道CRO公司的法規專員比較偏向幫藥廠送審，
接洽政府與醫院單位的相關法規工作
但針對藥廠法規部分我不太理解， 請問跟CRO公司的差異在哪裡？
我自己比較想朝CRA方向走，但因為沒有業界經驗，目前能獲得的面試機會大多是RA
本身是醫技系＋醫學相關研究所，CRO跟藥廠部分都是台商的缺
能否請板上前輩提供建議:) 謝謝
