DRAM Design Engineer

【工作內容】
‧ DRAM circuit design – Row/Column/Address/Command/Data/DC path
‧ Simulation and verification
‧ Works with Process Integration/Layout Design/Test Engineering
‧ Collaborate with team to successfully deliver product
‧ New circuit R&D to be ahead of current technology

【徵求條件】
‧2 to 5 years of experience designing and debugging DRAM Memories
‧M.S.E.E. or above
‧Have a good understanding of DRAM circuit
‧Have the capability to design and develop DRAM circuit independently

【工作地點】
Santa Clara, CA (一開始可以在台灣工作)

【工作時間】
