國外客人原要求報價CIF TERM
因運費會有變動, 所以改報 FOB , 運費及保險費外加
INVOICE上, 我分別列出下列價錢
TOTAL : USD1,000 ( FOB TERM )
USD 100 ( FREIGHT + INSURANCE )
TOTAL : USD1,100 ( CIF COLOMBO, SRI LANKA)
請客人匯USD1,100給我司
請問, 這張INVOICE應該算是什麼TERM? FOB TERM?
因為我本想在INVOICE上另外備註 CIF TERM
報關行為避免爭議請我拿掉, 對他們來說是 FOB TERM 運保費外加
FWD:對他們來說是CIF TERM, 提單做 PREPAID , 運費當然跟我司收
請問這兩種說法都是正確的嗎?
若我INVOICE上要備註交易條件, 是 FOB 嗎?
