Representative.

Job requirements:
Organized and detailed
Good communication skills by phone, emails, and letters
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Spanish will be a plus
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Job Descriptions:
Processing orders
Answering phone calls
Arranging shipments
Communicating with customers
Handling RMAs
Attending to trade shows if required
