Intern offer 可以反悔嗎 - offer

最近在等B公司給結果的同時拿到A公司的intern offer

比較想去B公司 但A公司只給3天考慮

因為沒有其他offer 想請問若接受後反悔

是否會有問題?



被A公司黑單還好

主要是怕A公司會不會告上學校

導致連CPT和career fair都不能用等等後果?


網路上說法兩極

有人說美國隨便要解雇你都可以 所以無妨

也有人說公司會告狀



offer letter沒有提到 at will 兩字 只有說

有人說只有CA才有at will的說法

是否跟所在的州有關呢?




當然這是最糟的情形

已寫信請hr延長deadline

並不希望走到這步

intern基本上可以當作畢業後的正職了 return offer有h
eadcount都是優先發的 Glassdoor上面看看A正職待遇 能
接受就簽了 啊如果是給不出簽證的小公司 給他黑其實也
