L/C上表示：
2）all drafts and documents must be marked with "drawn under the commercial ba
nk" with LC no. and issue date

3) all document except bill of landing and drafts must be made out in the name
of applicant

想問這邊的drafts指得是什麼呢？
我上網查看到有人說是信用狀草稿？但是信用狀草稿不是客人那邊才有嗎？
