Position: Senior BD Manager

Location: New York

Headcount: 2

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for branch office management and staff training;
- Proactively lead the overall business Invitation conference planning and
implementation to provide insightful strategy business plans;
- Take part in business negotiation in the region, develop business
partnership and brand introduction, implement cross-border sales;
- Responsible for the sales performance at the early stage of
brand introduction.


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- 8+ years working experience, including business, retail(Macy's) and
ecommerce(Macy's.com,Gilt, Amazon) corporation background;
- Solid management skill, be able to lead and train a team of 5 people;
- Proven experience and knowledge in sales & marketing, business development,
project management, investment and office management;
- Possess commercial awareness and demonstrate business acumen;
- Possess rich resource in local market and strong knowledge of the local
business for fashion goods, health care, nutritional food, dry food and etc.;
- Proficiency with MS Office;
- Quick learner, self-motivated, strong resistance to compression;
- Proficiency in written/oral English (Chinese is a plus).
