在版上及網路上很少看到Mellanox SQE的資訊
小弟背景做過4年系統廠, >3年半導體，都是QA.
從Linkedin上收到SQE機會的邀請(在南投)
工作內容像是從頭(Incoming)包到尾(Open box inspection)
請問版上大德是否有進一步訊息(薪資水準？工作內容？)可供參考?

Job descrption:
‧Responsible for quality monitoring and control. Investigating, analyzing
and correcting problems in quality, production and control at contract
manufacturer.
‧Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics at contract manufacture
(KPI). Analyze supplier quality capabilities and identify the gaps.
‧Continually work with contract manufacturer to improve quality, implement
process control and quality plans.
‧Validate execution of Mellanox quality requirements by contract
manufacturer: perform the quality process audit and line patrol per Mellanox
requirement. Maintain and improve existing quality systems and processes.
‧Validate change management execution by supplier.
‧Lead problem solving activities for incoming, production and customer
which related to contract manufacturers and suppliers.
‧Manage the out of the box (OOBA) inspection and first atrial inspection
(FAI) hands on, review and approval at contract manufacturer.
‧Working with Mellanox internal teams : production, NPI, design, product
engineering for quality issue resolution and consolidating requirements
‧Sub supplier management : sub supplier audit for approval , quality issue
resolution and control
