MetSoft Technologies 是詐騙嗎 - offer

最近剛畢業的我正在找full-time, 在網路上已經投過無數封履歷, 接到了MetSoft Technologies這家操著印度口音的電話(他說他們的母公司Barigo Holdings Inc 是 e-verify的公司), 他們表示只要我被他們聘用(當MetSoft Technologies的員工), 得先繳交800元當作訓練課程的費用, 之後他們會找公司(他表示是前500大)來幫我interview, 如果通過interview就會去幫那些公司做短期的project (仍是以MetSoft Technologies員工的身分), 以下是收到的信, 想問有人做過這種工作嗎? 感謝!

我是有查了glassdoor 和 reddit等相關資訊, glassdoor上的review如出一轍, 感覺就是自家員工去灌水(都是正評, 只找到一個負評), reddit上面的呢都說是詐騙, 但大部分的人都是憑邏輯上的考量,

As an employee you are entitled to receive the following benefits during your project only:

Annual compensation ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 (full time position) and $35,000 to $40,000 (part time position) per annum.
Performance assessment will be done in every six months.
Increment would be at least a minimum of 15% every six months.
Relocation charges will be provided to you during your project.
14 days of yearly paid leave will be provided during your projects.
Working with billion dollar projects of fortune 500+ blue chip clients.
Health and medical benefits will be provided during projects which include:
1. Medical, Dental and Vision benefits after 60 days of employment.

2. Health insurance eligible immediately after 60 days of employment.

Only for international candidates on OPT:

Employer's Confirmation Letter/Selection Letter/Offer Letter will be provided which you need to submit to your university within 90 days of start of your OPT.

Industrial training program for selected and deserving candidates to upgrade their skill set:

MetSoft Technologies offers an online training program for improving the skill set by experienced mentors from corporate sectors. The training will make you familiar with the job roles and responsibilities that you have to take on once you are working on a company project. After its completion you will engage in a telephonic conversation with the client and after the successful clearance of it, you will be taken on board on a project based on your preferred industry and location. Upon successful
completion of the training, you will receive a Training Completion Certificate from us. MetSoft technologies do not put you in any bond or contract of any kind. We take upfront fees of $800 for the training, which in turn acts as security deposit. This fees will be returned back to you as salary when you join client’s project.
