你第一天出社會嗎?
所謂的「汰弱留強」是個藉口,目前台灣業界絕大多數的畜牲慣老闆普遍愛用這招!
公司賺錢且訂單能見度佳,根本沒在裁員的!
當訂單能見度不佳、產能下滑時,
即使賺錢,也會裁員,此時就會用「汰弱留強」當藉口騙外行人!
會裁的都是公司高層眼中「替代性高的職務」!
通常這類職務,都會隨著訂單跟景氣變動!
當公司高層預見未來產業景氣下滑了、訂單能見度不佳時,就會先裁員保底氣!
此時,這些職務的員工,就是人資單位眼中的「不適任(資遣)」、廢物、沒人要的!
當訂單回來時,產業景氣又轉好時,人資單位又會改口說「這些職務是人才了」!
反正,大家也習慣了!
目前台灣業界,就是這樣隨者訂單與景氣,在「人裁」與「人才」之間變動!
所以,只要看到這類新聞時,就代表一件事,
這個產業或公司,準備虧損或獲利不如預期,就要出脫手上股票了!
