小弟最近收到寶寶海外職缺/X創內湖職缺的報價讓我考慮，想問問看板上大家如何選擇？或是行情大約多少的建議？
1. 寶寶 越南/測試單位經理
薪資：月薪N，大概保15+分紅、津貼，大約整體年薪N x23或以上
工作內容：責任制，負責Dell筆電測試單位管理，主管期望未來連維修單位也一併交給我
優：薪水高一點好存錢。缺點：離家遠
聽說越南廠很操， 想請教海外不知道這個報價是不是差不多？或是低標？ 年薪多少是適合的？
2. X創 內湖 / 伺服器專案PM
薪資：月薪N，大概保15+分紅、津貼，大約年薪N x20
工作內容：責任制，Dell 伺服器量產PM窗口
優：離家車程很近 。缺：年薪只比現在略高
個人比較在意整體年薪跟未來發展
這兩個薪資跟工時差距頗大，想請教有沒有額外資訊能夠參考，先謝謝各位提點
