各位年薪300w工程師大家好，小弟在系統廠擔任EE4年多，最近轉跑道面試了幾家公司也
拿到了offer,但在選擇上想請教各位。

公司名 群聯 台達
部門 SSD 伺服器電源
職稱 系統應用工程師 電源工程師
工時（大概）9:00～20:00 8:30～21:00
年薪 (N+21)*14+分紅 (N+7.5)*14+分紅
住處 租屋 家裡

N是現職薪水

以薪水考慮的話當然是P勝出，但板上分紅的資訊幾乎都是RD，台達好處是住家裡能省下
不少生活費，分紅加起來不知道會不會差很多。

工時的部分聽說都是到晚上8、9點，且P好像常常出差的樣子，台達那邊面試時是說不用
出差。

未來性的話有點擔心SA會不會因為過於單一性而把路走窄了，台達這職位感覺很多家都有
，不用擔心未來的出路？ 這部分有錯誤的話請各位糾正。
