目前在LED廠,
身上扛了大約六十個專案,
除了面對RD,也要背負進度跟催的責任,
當WS送到客戶手裡後,
接下來就是要跟業務保持聯絡,
要了解客戶使用的狀況,
但是我們公司的業務,往往要我去問才要回報,
我常在想,這業績算你們的,
我雖然要關心專案,但是總不能我每時每刻去盯業務對於客戶的狀況,
今天跟主管說,這樣專案追蹤下來很累!
他說,我們要可憐業務,他們整天在外面跑又要曬太陽很累!
頓時,我語塞了!
這....我不可能每個禮拜都要打兩次(主管希望每周問兩次)電話去問狀況吧!
