Chinafloors is a fast growing manufacturing company based in China selling
flooring related products; wooden, laminated and leather floors. (See:

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution
throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing
product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working
closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and
customer satisfaction goals are met.

You will receive an in depth on the job training by the current product
manager (French) to allow you to gradually take over the full scheme of
responsibilities that come with the job.

You are part of young ambitious team located In Jiashan (one hour driving
from Shanghai,.) daily transport to Shanghai is available and comfortable
dormitories on site.

Responsible for Product development;
1. From feasibility verification (technical and pre development
costing) to actual development including talking with production
and suppliers

2. Final product costing

3. Sampling

4. Load factors and Product Standards

- Product maintenance in ERP (Product Codes, BOM)
- Professionalization of Product development life cycle management
- Optimizing product mix

Requirements:
- Technical or Product development education or similar experience
through job background
- Foreign national or international education
- Experience in same or similar industry is an advantage but not a must
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent in English.
- Speaking Chinese is a very big advantage.

- Experience in an international environment is a plus.
- Experience with ERP software is a plus
