RD主管過份干涉 - PMP

擔任PM已經一年了,在現在的公司一直遇到類似的問題,沒有
一個真正的PM主管,RD單位有經理,PM最大就是課長,由業務
經理管轄PM部門,業務經理常不在公司,所以我常遇到的問題
就是RD主管很強勢,基本上我們公司PM會提供兩份schedule,
一份是整個project開發,一份是每次Pilot run備料及出貨等
較細部資訊,但RD主管會要我另外做資料給他,若不配合,RD
主管會教訓我,也有詢問過主管,主管認為先前給的schedule
已經充分,但他並沒有幫我跟RD主管澄清,有人有遇到過RD主
管過度干涉的情況嗎?
