順便跟大家講中國某公司的例子,該公司就有做到讓工程師有順暢的升遷管道,
跟我在該專案合作的工程師他的職位如果是算職等是該公司的最高級,
他下面管幾個人? 「0」 姑且稱他老李好了
可是只要有內部的開發專案你就看工程專案經理解說設計邏輯給老李聽,
老李在根據想法提供意見,發言堪稱舉足輕重。
平常的老李就是在公司裡面穿很隨便,下班跟大家一起打球(目測約40多歲)
這就是標準的管理職與工程師分流的最佳案例,
老李要升等要考啥? 考工程能力、創新、未來技術的規劃
我在作專案的那段時間剛好老李也在跟市場企劃人員一起規劃未來的產品技術藍圖。
要產生老李需要有管理制度的支持,
台灣的管理制度就是沒給一些專職的技術人員升到他們該升的位置,
丟去管理職造成了很多悲劇。
