Responsibilities
TIBCO Analytics Division, are you excited to work on the leading
edge of BI & BigData technology....
○ Define and present focused product demonstrations that illustrate how
TIBCO software addresses the critical business issues that a prospect faces.
○ Deliver strong "proof-of-concept" engagements that demonstrate business
value and technical benefits as well as strong ROI.
○ Play a key role in uncovering opportunities to provide additional
solutions within existing major accounts.
○ Work with account managers to create sales plans and forecasts.
○ Work "one-on-one" with business and technical analysts to assist them in
exploring solutions, overcoming ease-of-use hurdles, improving data access
and/or deriving more value from TIBCO software and solutions.
Qualifications
○ At least 2 years working experience in presales capacity in Taiwan or
China, on selling BI solutions or working at software application company
has wide industry-solution knowledge.
○ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
○ Adept at all aspects of field and C-level customer interactions,
including presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts with both
business and technical audiences.
○ Previous experience with analytics/data discovery/reporting, especially
in business intelligence software–Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos,
SAP BO, SAS, Power BI.
○ Strong computer skills. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, DW,
Hadoop, SQL-MapReduce.
○ BigData project experience is a plus, hands-on experience of statistical
programming languages in R, S+, SAS.
○ Detail-oriented and self-motivated with good working attitude. Ability
to manage and prioritize work, demonstrate utmost discretion and
professionalism. Communicates well with both clients and business partners.
○ Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, computer science,
math/statistics, or other relevant scientific field.
○ Business travel 30%~40% cross China, Taiwan, Hong Kong.
