通常面試的時候
公司工版履歷都會需要填上
前主管名字
可以佐證人品的人
.......
目前據我所知
只有遇到一次是打給我前同事
後來都沒遇過
為什麼會這樣覺得
因為某幾次離職很黑
如果真的Reference check
一定不會錄用
後來想一想原因不外乎
前公司Hr沒必要回答面試公司的問題
或是
有一部分人走,就是環境或主管處不來
Reference check 也沒意義
大家可以分享一下有Reference Check 的經驗嗎

接到了,自己覺得這種東西就是多卡一關來掃大地雷用的,
如果一個人在前公司玩到沒半個人願意幫他說好話代表真的
很雷阿...跟同事間可以維持好關係讓工作進行不因人的關
係引響效率也是工作的一部分
