Roth 本金 跟利息怎麼區分 - 海外工作

爬過C大跟一些版友的文,
但是還是沒法確定我的理解, 所以令po文請教:)

如果我存入$5000 Roth IRA 並購買 30YR Bond, rate 5%.
每年有$5000*5%=$250 deposit 到Checking account.

試問, 我可以把這 $250視為 本金, 而隨時提領, 無需負擔 penalty嗎?
i.e. $250*20=5000, 在提領20Y 後, 再把在20年後的 "收益" 跟原本的"$5000本金"
視為真正的收益?
