Job Objectives
-Planning, development, and implementation of IT & OPS strategies to meet
company objectives.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
-Installation, management and troubleshoot of office equipment and
production system
-Manage both local and overseas vendors
-Coordinate with IT and Operation team in Singapore, Paris and other
countries
-Develop and execute yearly IT & operations plan and budget
-Propose SOPs related to IT and Operation
-Develop quarterly report of relevant prepaid technology/ solution in the
market
-Work with sales team to develop processes to serve client’s needs
-Contribute to the development of yearly strategic plan
Job Qualification
-Graduate of a 4-year course in IT, MIS, Engineering related course with
minimum 2 years of work experience, maximum 4 years,
preferably from service-oriented companies
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Good command in English and computer knowledge
-Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievement are welcome to apply
-Fast learner and problem solver
-Curious and willing to accept challenges
-Proactive, good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
