Treasury Specialist 是怎樣的工作？ - 金融業討論

大家好，我在104上看到這個職缺有點興趣，但不是很清楚這個職務，
搜尋版上似乎沒有討論，想說丟出來請教各路高手
職務名稱是 Treasury Specialist (其他職缺有叫Treasury sales不知道一不一樣？)
內容是
- To acquire and build a large base of customers by meeting their needs with
treasury products
- Formulate strategies for FX, DCI and other foreign currency related product
recommendation
- Provide training to RMs on treasury products & currency allocation concept
and Proactively advise RMs and/or clients on market trends, implication
- Works closely with the service & marketing to deliver superior client
engagement and building long-term relationships

看起來像是賣外匯產品給客戶(DCI估狗找不到是什麼)?
從RM看來我猜是著重在企業客戶，還要解釋市場趨勢又有點像研究員
我想知道這個工作的一天或一周在做什麼事情?績效如何衡量?
它的缺點和壓力有哪些?一般待遇落在什麼區間?
