收到一份公文,但是需要承辦的內容分別由兩個單位負責
A機關去函B機關,一份函的內容有兩件事情,
其中甲案件由B機關內部的a單位負責,乙案件由b單位負責
請問各位
B機關的收文要將公文分給誰?
如果是分給a(或是b),a也就只能回甲案件,
而將乙案退回,請A機關另再發函,指定要b單位處理
並在受文者註明(b科室)
如果是兩者皆分,那麼可能是給a單位公文原本,b單位公文影本,兩單位分別函覆
因為兩單位回覆的時間可能不一致
A機關可能先收到B機關a單位的公文,還沒有收到b單位的公文前,再次函詢
就我所知,因為都是用機關的名義發文
像上述第二種的方法有可行嗎?就是一個機關對於同一份公文,拆成兩份函覆
如果不行,正確的作法是什麼呢?
