您於106年10月1日寄給署長的電子郵件，提及新北市政府警察局員警受理案件疑有
疏失1事，茲答復如下：
一、有關土城分局頂埔派出所員警受理民眾報案未依限開立報案三聯單，查有疏失，
業核予行政懲處在案，本署將持續教育員警落實受理民眾報案相關規定，
造成臺端不良觀感，特予致歉。
二、本案業於106年9月27日移由臺灣新北地方法院檢察署辦理。
