第一銀行指出，2018年30歲以下離職人數共97人，30歲以下離職人數比率達65.99％，是受
銀行離職人數（147人）較低影響，一銀離職率僅1.92％，整體來看，一銀的就職情況於同
業中屬較為穩定之族群。
一銀30歲以下離職員工，大多轉任至同業，或自認不適合金融業而轉任其他行業。一銀日
後仍將持續員工關懷及強化培訓作業，並將提升基層主管之輔導能力，期能進一步降低年
輕族群離職情形。
