三星敲定今年加薪9% 新鮮人起薪逾130萬

根據韓聯社報導,三星電子勞資協定會今天發布內部公告指出,勞資雙方就全體員工2022
年平均薪酬上調9%達成一致。
協定會要求的加薪幅度為15%,但雙方在綜合考慮國內外經濟形勢等因素後就調漲9%達成
共識,這比近10年來最高增幅(去年的7.5%)高出1.5個百分點。
由此,根據員工個人的績效考核結果,薪酬最高漲幅可達16.5%,相關本科畢業生的入職
起薪將漲至5150萬韓元(約132萬台幣)。休假方面,勞資雙方商定新增3天帶薪年休假,
並將陪產假由10天延長至15天,幫助員工實現工作與生活平衡。
IT之家報導,三星電子通常在每年3月初公布薪酬談判結果,此次例外進行11次談判,結
果延遲至今才公布。
IT之家指出,韓國CXO研究所分析三星高層和員工年薪發現,普通員工去年的平均薪資約
