各位大大好~
小弟的朋友最近剛考上上海商銀的儲備業務人員~
而第一銀行金融組最近也通知備取到了要報到~
兩間都要在3/2報到~
所以明天之前一定要做出決定~
他現在很苦惱~
想請益板友會怎麼選擇??
另外想請教板友這兩間待遇、業績壓力、年終~
因為朋友應徵上海的儲備業務人員怕試用期滿後會被轉作理專~
而一銀的部分還不太了解因此想多請益!!!
