上海第一份工作 台幹 - 薪水

小弟先自我介紹一下
27/財金碩 工作經驗 : 幾乎算0
目前在美國一間公司實習 因為薪水太低所以不打算做下去(畢業後)
今天在跟老闆講垃圾話同時 隨口問問大陸的分公司有沒有缺
老闆說 如果我想去 他想讓我去管上海的銷售點 (業務經理)
在這間實習公司4個月 毛利很高 美,加,德,大陸,台灣都有分部
我覺得這間公司發展性很好 因為老闆沒有信任的人了(這說來話長)
這時候就要問薪資啦
他隨口說台幣4-5萬 +每個月分紅 包吃包住(住公司樓上套房+每天點菜 專人處理)
公司有車可以開
爬了板上的文章 薪水似乎很低 但是紅利我覺得淺力很大
是想說明天再跟他討論看看 板上各位有什麼建議嗎?
