Brand Communication Specialist
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following
#Build a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers, in developing
consumer and shopper insights and turn these in to growth opportunities.
#Responsible to develop effective annual (traditional or digital) media
marketing plan to improve brand awareness and preference among target
consumer groups.
#Develop marketing proposal, recap, and report; provide creative brief and
copywriting and tack media performance for analysis.
#Leverage traditional and digital tool to enhance communication with customer
to ensure the branding, product and marketing activities are well delivered.
#Effectively manage agencies and media partners to build strong partnership
and ensure good communication.
Summary of Experience
‧ 3+ years of marketing / digital marketing experience, have good
understanding of the unique digital ecosystem in China.
‧ A deep understanding of the Chinese consumer, knowing how to capture
consumer’s insight and apply that understanding in to social content
creation and distribution effectively.
‧ Strong eye for evaluating creative executions
‧Excellent project management skills; experience working in a very fast
paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining acute attention to
detail and get things done at high quality.

Product Marketing
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following
#Develop and manage the marketing plan for products within the business. The
plans will define the marketing mix (4Ps) for new products and existing
products.
#Develop pricing strategies, support the development of sales plans and own
the responsibility for executing the related marketing activities
#Develop an integrated product, pack, price and communication mix and trade
proposition for mix test/simulated test markets to evaluate market potential.
#Lead and collaborate with cross-functional innovation teams to drive any
agreed innovation/renovation projects ensuring they are aligned to market
requirements and brand key vision.
Summary of Experience
‧ 2+ years product management experience with food product initiative launch
experience, Merchandise/Retail company or category experience will be a plus
to cater consumer business opportunity goals.
‧ 2+ years experience and proven background in data analysis and business
research in different markets of China area.
‧ Strong background in product development, project management & marketing
experience.
