中科院適合當跳板嗎 ? - 工程師

目前在科技產業進行一些電子電路等的工作
工作資歷也將近6年了
想轉換跑道 往更精進的領域前進 (就是中科院了)
先不論進去到考上中科院困難度有多高
我在擔憂的問題是
當在中科院做了一年兩年
要再回來業界..難度會不會很高
聽說業界新人很多都不找35歲以上的
或者這樣講好了
一般科技產業找新人
會找這種從科技業跳到研究院
研究院學了一些新技術後，又想跳回科技業的人才嗎?
