國營企業的中華電信,從七月開始組織重新調整,將一萬三千多名員工的職級大幅調高,
像是分公司的「經理」調整為總經理,店長高升為經理,員工升官連連,儘管薪水沒有變
動,但大家都很開心!
櫃檯員工,賣力服務顧客,會這麼認真,就是因為電信公司大幅調高員工的職稱,讓大家
好開心!店長高升成經理,聽起來很有fu,這一波電信公司的組織調整,儘管薪水沒有增
加,但13000名員工職位高升通通有獎!像是:訓練中心的所長變成院長,助理工程師、
助理管理師,改稱工程師、管理師,還有處長高升變成副總,分公司經理變成總經理,聽
起來好氣派啊!或許下次消費者到中華電信的分公司,會有一位總經理來替您服務,算一
算,中華電信的總經理現在有七個之多,恐怕也是要讓顧客有備受禮遇的感覺,這一招真
的很高明,因為不花一毛錢,就讓員工賣命,顧客就感心!
