如標題,
最近跟室友(對岸的)聊天時提到這個法案~
室友表示他們的認知是這個法案讓中國跟台灣人在不同pool,
代表以後在加州不論申請學校或找工作,台灣及其他亞裔少數族群競爭的母數
都比中國跟印度人少很多,
請問版上前輩們是怎麼看待這件事?
很多公司都會有內部的族群名額配給嗎?

用中國或印度人（是說假設某位中國/印度人的條件和某位台灣
人差不多 公司比較會用中國/印度人）因為有些美國會覺得中
印比較窮，覺得這2國的人比較需要改善環境。。但這幾年中印
掘起，所以現在也許不同。。
