最近也在看房子
我年收去年107 老婆80
自備約500
我們是遠距離,台北新竹。
不管誰上誰下,薪資大概都少20萬左右。
所以目前考慮買竹北,老婆搭高鐵通勤(通勤時間含等車 比現在多20分鐘每天)
但是竹北高鐵 生活圈 走路10分鐘 騎車2分鐘的範圍內
價錢大概都30-36萬
看起來貴爆。
可是買在中和 板橋 同時靠近捷運站跟交流道的地段才是真的貴
原本看電視什麼OO副都心 新北3字頭
結果39.9萬 離捷運站還超遠 ,騎車10分鐘才到還不能等紅燈,他就敢報捷運宅 。
真正符合需求的房子,大概45/坪 買10年內新古屋或55萬新成屋
等於我竹北1200萬可以買大兩房含車位
去板橋剩2/3大小的一房一廳
而且一邊可以走路到高鐵 ,一邊騎車去捷運還沒停車位。
決對不是台北人喜歡新竹的環境才來新竹的好嗎
大部分是台北房價負擔不起,不然上班南下 下班北上跟對向車道比根本順暢
一部分是工作穩定在新竹
少部分是腦袋被門夾到覺得新竹機能比台北好
我是不知道其他人怎樣啦
