這麼說吧!
有人很厲害,進了台積電、聯發科上班
我不厲害,進不了台積電、聯發科,但是跟銀行關係很好
所以我可以跟銀行借到一筆錢,在台積電、聯發科的隔壁買了一快地
過了幾年,當在台積電,聯發科上班的人都賺到了大錢,開始要買房子的時候
也就是我在那塊土地上推案賣房的時候
房價要如何定呢? 依我當時的成本來定價嗎? No, No, No,
要以購買者的消費能力來定
專家學者說合理的房貸是月收入的1/3
所以我就要以台積電、聯發科員工平均月收入的1/3來訂房價
所以台積電、聯發科員工的薪水越高,我的房價也就跟著拉高
不要嫌貴,房價本來就是財富競爭的結果
我的房子離你們公司最近,上班最方便,具有不可取代性
要不然你去每天通車兩小時
你們這些有錢人來競標吧,競爭者的錢越多,得標的價格當然也就越高
說穿了,台積電、聯發科的員工,錢賺再多,最終也是要被我收割
至少扒一層皮
所以房價不是一種新式蓄奴,而是一種新式養牛,或者是新式韭菜
而誰是那個要被扒皮的牛、收割的韭菜?

買8x萬/p,高鐵局發大財),當然越早買越賺但你買公司股
票也是相同,主要還是看能承擔多少風險。
