各位人資前輩們好
小弟是今年準備畢業的學生
目前也正在進行一連串的面試
不過目前的面試是持續在打槍狀態
從之前的面試有發掘到一些自己的問題
如 不太會表達自己的優勢 對自己沒什麼自信等等...
因此現在面試大多在人資部門面談這一關卡就被發卡了
所以希望能夠來版上求教
人資人員在面談時會從那些方面來判斷求職者是否適任呢
另外就是....太過老實的回答問題會不會是被發卡的主因呢?
例如被問到公司有什麼可以改善的部份時 回答的太過認真的話
