那種想調回家鄉或與家人分隔兩地的就不論了
1.工作負擔很大
2.可能得去吃免錢飯
3.考績連續吃鴨子
4.已經黑掉了
5.和上司處得不愉快 常會吵架
6.升遷無望or遙遙無期
7.一直做新人最基礎 例行性的工作
8.得不到重用 感覺像透明人
目前我的情況應該就是3-8 感覺是黑到不行
閒是還蠻閒的 完全得不到重用
可是我不太想過這樣的生活阿 我已經三十幾了 沒那個美國時間和它慢慢耗
等長官換人或是等有個賞識你的長官
如果你是我 你會怎麼做呢? 高考分發就到這單位 原本是想至少呆個10年吧
現在碰到這樣的情況 覺得現在再不走 以後更難走得掉(沒單位要)
因為覺得繼續留下只會再繼續吃鴨...
