因為最近年底了，開始消化預算，
單位裡人事費好像還剩很多，於是主管就開始邀人報加班費
當然邀的都是主管人員，還有分一些給和他比較親近的一些人
連人事都來參一腳了
所以最近一群主管都開始編加班理由，每個月時數都給他報到滿
這種消化預算的方法，覺得好像有點誇張啊
不知道這是公務機關的常態，還是我們單位裡的特例啊?
各位的單位裡也會這樣嗎?
