說真的,討論到現在,大概想法都交換得很明確.
要怎樣做呢,個人有個不錯的建議,請拿回去參考參考
1.起個小採購案,看你是要走哪種模式,採購法或者是非公用不動產之類,隨便.
招商設置影印機.
規範可以要求收費價格,營運時間,維修,故障控制及排除,以及安裝的設備新舊
或規格都好,最好機器還有熱感收據,可以印出收據(短的,就像抽號碼機那種).
2.雖然一個月營收五千不算高,但廠商應該有意願,畢竟 cost down 的技能,
公家永遠追不上民間,原PO這樣也才四成毛利(不算投幣機租賃),廠商隨便
就是五六成,信不信??
接著才是重點了
3.設置之後,設立價目表及告示牌,並加註:如民眾需索取發票,請到XXXXX公司
地址xxxxxxxxx ,憑上面那張熱感收據去換,並請在哪個單位蓋戳章佐證.
(章可以另外顆個番薯章,放在哪都好,像是收發室)
客戶服務電話是 09xx-xxxxxx (對,行動電話).
民眾你想要發票,就給你發票,自己去拿,不要就算了.
4.你們有賺到招標收入,廠商有賺到錢,想要發票的有發票可以換,
要影印的有機器可以影印,一舉三四德.
