小妹要出口產品到中國家去,
但聽說從今年起開始有關稅務問題
之前也沒出口到中東去的經驗
請各位幫我看這一段的意思
The supplier shall be responsible for settling "custom duty" leviable
under XXX regulations for the equipment/materials of non-GCC origin
or otherwise not specially exempted under custom rules/regulation
that are required to be imported to XXX under the supply contract.
我自己的解讀意思是
"非GCC來源國的製造商,必需繳交關稅 "
但後面那二句我就不太懂意思了
請幫我看看解讀是否有誤好嗎?
