我在別版有 po 過,我稍微編輯一下在這個版 po 吧
前幾天在別的版看到有人分享這個漫畫,關於階級複製

今天感觸超級深,提出來和大家討論
我在歐洲,今天去參加一個 B to B 的活動,
和主辦人聊天,主辦人只有 18 歲,
經營一間有 8名員工的公司,做得很成功,是做職業培訓的
最近開始和朋友們經營第二間公司,是多媒體公司,完全不同領域
我和他聊天,因為沒有共事過,他實際背景和能力我不清楚
但口條真的很好,口氣以及自信感覺有超齡的成熟...
和我一起去的朋友是當地人,朋友說,那位 18 歲的老闆,應該是真的有能力
所以第一間公司經營得有聲有色,並且開始了完全不同領域的第二間公司
但朋友說,重點是,對方有很大的機會,是來自非常有錢的家庭
不然大多數人如果 18 歲不讀大學,沒有技能的話,能找到什麼好工作?
何況開公司要租辦公室,要付另外 8 人的薪水.....
我聽過政府有提供年輕人創業基金,但是不足夠在商業園區租辦公室和請 8 個人...
不過台灣有錢人的小孩, 18 歲應該一定都會讀大學吧?
很少父母會開明得讓孩子不讀大學而去創業。
(我沒有說那位 18 歲的老闆一定是靠父母喔,只是在假設,他是來自有錢家庭的狀況下)
言歸正傳 大家覺得在自己所工作以及發展的國家,階級複製很明顯嗎??
我覺得在歐洲滿明顯的,接觸過兩間大公司的 CEO,都只有 30 出頭左右,
覺得真是青年才俊,去查 LinkedIn 他們個人資料和公司資料,
發現他們和大約 6X歲的「創辦人」都是同姓,而且公司歷史都差不多 30 年了。
如果真的完全是白手起家,可能還在穿尿布就創業了
總之,我覺得就算是靠父母幫忙或是直接繼承公司,能夠維持住生意,也非常厲害
我沒有酸葡萄,我只是前幾天看到那篇連結分享,很有感想而以
總之,我想要問美國,由其是 CS 行業,因為有幾個朋友分別在矽谷和德州做 CS
他們都是台灣人,從他們口中聽來,在美國或是 CS,似乎比較沒有階級複製?
只要有能力就有機會?
而我也認識過家境不怎麼樣的印度人,父母拼全力讓長子受好的教育,
後來他當了 CS 工程師,想辦法到美國工作,把全家接到美國,階級大翻身的經驗
(他的種性在印度只比打掃的階級好一點而以..所以美國等於圓了全家的夢)
總之純討論...
