信用狀內容是否有問題 - 國貿工作討論

其實產證如果它沒有規定是那個單位要發出的,你可以以自己公司的名義發出
以自己公司的名義發出.你愛怎麼寫就怎麼寫

對啊每一份l/c只有一個號碼/另一個號碼是通知銀行的通知號碼

usd 35..個人覺得還蠻低的...相關的費用應該是指郵電費還是電報費啥的!
應該不會延伸出很多不知名的費用..要扣也要寫出名目吧!

我就會將文件直接寄給申請人..

對啊,如果你的申請人接受瑕疵,他不會再問你了,直接會將文件寄給申請人

嗯..個人覺得..這段話是寫給保兌銀行看的..應該是說保兌銀行手續費
是從受益人帳戶扣的~?但寫在這裡也太怪了吧..不太了..

是指如果以後發現文件有瑕疵,錢即使付給你他還是可以拿回來的
是指有條件的付款

..終於回完了有錯歡迎指正,其實我遇到有問題的話
都會直接問押匯行,或是google一下
你遇到的問題,別人都會遇到
另外..中東信用狀很嚴謹..要謹慎才好~
