如果今天公司要你值班(24小時oncall 必要須出勤)但不給你規定的值班津貼
各位會怎麼做? 捏著懶趴忍住 還是直接拒絕 玩硬的?
好啦 我就是苦主
原本值班公司會給以每周為單位的津貼 而目前只有我一個人有能力值班
所以沒人可以輪 但北部某主管單方面把另一個設備的值班併進來 只算一份津貼
也就是我跟另一個人都只拿得到一半的津貼 卻整個月要24小時oncall
但我的設備是最多的 而且是最近才開run的新機..
我個人是想玩硬的 你給我一半 那我就值一半 但怕自己太衝太草莓
想聽聽各位意見 尤其是在設備商當客服的
