(1) 裁員, 看似效果很好, 馬上把成本降下來 =>
但會有 "殘存者陣候群" , 整個組織的士氣
會很快下降, 所以不主張任意精簡(這企管應該也有)
, 裁員是非不得已的,
不是提升績效的好手段
(2) 兩因理論, 薪資,工作環境,打丙等 是保健因素,
跟原來一樣的話,士氣不會升多高,
但一沒有的話, 士氣馬上 down到谷底
未來的發展,工作內容等等才是激勵因素,
你能讓員工認同這個工作,覺得有未來性
樂於工作中, 才能真正的激勵笑果
傳統的公共行政專注內部管理,
跟企管蠻像的
但不管怎樣, 都反對關中張哲琛的蠢方法
