小弟有幸可以拿到兩分Offers,想問一下各位大大的建議是去哪裡比較有錢途跟發展.
我知道億光已經被問爛了,但是那是幾年前的事,有沒有內部的人方便跟我說一下
目前億光的文化有沒有改變跟索爾斯目前的狀況.
小弟萬分感激.
拜託拜託小弟非常煩惱.
公司: 億光電子(苑裡) 索爾思光電(新竹)
職稱: 品保客服工程師 品保工程師
工時: 8~17 (不準時下班??) 8~17 (不知道要不要長加班)
年新: N*14 ?? (N-2300)*14 ??
車程: 開車30~50分鐘(燒油燒精力) 騎車30分鐘
調薪: 年度 年度
Bonus:績效,認股 績效
其他: 不清楚 不清楚
不知道哪一家公司的CP值比較高,未來億光還會發光發熱嗎??
