內調部門的抉擇 - 離職

前輩們好,我是在銀行的資訊部門,之前有點不適應主管的情緒,因此萌生離職想法,例如:常把情緒帶在身上,專案責任都推給我,說延誤都是我的問題,問題是我進來才幾個月,而專案成員就我跟主管,主管對外身份宣稱是PM,其實是我全包,包括系統分析、系統設計、程式設計及SIT測試等,好啦,都是動手執行的錯,現在碰到使用者業務端有職缺,已找人資及使用者主管談過,感覺他們也很缺人,希望我趕快過去,最近,主管變得比較客氣,那種想離職念頭沒那麼強烈了,而我若是透過內部調動過去使用者端,感覺像個叛徒,可能會得罪原有部門的人,例如工作轉눊儘鴔O人身上,而且專案尚未結束,系統未上線,但是使用者端又是我想去嘗試的工作,例如網路行銷等,請問我該硬著頭皮就給他過去嗎?請教前輩們的經驗,謝謝喔!
