公司可以規定補休額度嗎 - 人資

各位先進好
近來因為敝司有同仁刻意用補休請連假
(請2/24~2/26三天補休→從除夕放到3/1)
使許多同仁不開心
加上這位同仁本來上班態度就不太好
主管考慮以後請大家請連假需得以特休為優先
特休用完後才可用補休
且每個月補休時數不得超過一定額度(八小時或十六小時)
不知這樣會有違反勞基法之虞嗎
